His technical foundation in Industrial Systems Engineering, combined with deep hands-on expertise in scheduling, cost integration, earned value analysis, and risk management, positions Paul as a uniquely versatile project management consultant. He is especially known for bridging the gap between owners and contractors by aligning teams around transparent, data-driven schedules and governance frameworks.
