Charles MacKinnon is JKJ’s Instructional Systems Developer and AI Integration Lead. He turns complex project‑management practices into clear training and usable tools. Charles help build JKJ’s training ecosystem—including the modular New Hire Manual and other standardized learning resources.

He modernizes documentation and workflows with practical AI. Charles designed our custom JKGPT that accelerates template integration to supercharge project planning, helping teams at every skill level work more efficiently and independently.

Cross‑functional by design, he works across technical coordination, instructional design, and systems development. He’s fluent in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft 365, and produces multimedia training with Clipchamp supported by OneNote.

Above all, Charles focuses on scalable knowledge transfer—standardizing processes, elevating quality, and making project‑management excellence accessible to clients and our growing team.
