
Project Description
The new EVO AMC will replace the decades old Harmer facility at Elkview to unlock new reserves in the the old building location and upgrade the efficiency of mining operations for years to come. Our founder Paul Ekberg joined the EVO AMC project in March 2022 as the detailed engineering phase was taking full swing. We have currently completed approving the baseline construction schedule for the contract executed by PCL. Ongoing support includes management of schedule for Auxiliary buildings with secondary contractors and schedule management for the full project scope including Teck directed contracts such as mass earthworks to prepare the project site, base material crushing and supply, water and gas supply pipelines, existing building demolition and handover to operations.
