Paul Ekberg was the lead scheduler planner for operation and maintenance programs internally for Cononco Philips Surmont in construction and Shell Scottford refinery through Wood Engineering for Engineering & Procurement . These programs involved planning EPC for literally hundreds of small to medium sized projects ($1M to $25M generally) and was the basis for our detailed resource planning capabilities for program execution. This project was designed to transport sour naphtha as two bi-directional pipelines to carry feedstock from Suncor to Syncrude, and vice versa were constructed with the goal of enhancing operational flexibility at Syncrude.
